Is there a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial on the Starter and Growth plans with full access to all features — no credit card required. You can explore the platform, import sample data, and decide at your own pace.
What happens after the free trial ends?
After the trial, your account switches to a read-only mode so you never lose data. You can subscribe to any plan to resume full access. If you choose not to continue, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion.
How is VidyaOS priced?
VidyaOS is priced as a flat monthly subscription per school, not per student. This keeps costs predictable as your enrollment grows. We offer Starter (₹4,999/mo), Growth (₹9,999/mo), and custom Enterprise plans.
Do you offer annual billing or discounts?
Yes. Schools that opt for annual billing receive up to 20% off the monthly price. We also offer special pricing for government schools, NGO-run institutions, and schools in rural areas. Contact us for details.
Are there any hidden charges?
None. The subscription price covers the platform, all included modules, updates, and standard support. Payment gateway transaction fees (charged by Razorpay/Paytm) are passed through at actuals with no markup from VidyaOS.
